Yeah, it's definitely one of the easier apps to maintain the documentation for.

View->Document Encoding->Custom... still pops up a dialog box explaining that that \
feature is yet to be implemented. That's something to do -- either implementing it or \
removing that menu entry.

Just let me know if you add any functionality....
