Well, I haven't seen a "most voted bugs" page, but you can get it by doing 
this:
- - click on Query
- - put a number on "Only bugs with at least XX votes". Something like 5 or 10 
should do.
- - do the search
- - when the search appears, click on the Votes header to have it be sorted by 
vote count.

You can just name this query and it'll one click away from you when you're 
logged in :)
