I have CVS-Access and could commit it. (I will do so today...)

But I thought we would like to come up with a stable version of KDE sometimes 
and so I wanted others to test it and perhaps prove its stability (as it 
seems that my setup is different than others).

Other developers should have seen KRec since it is inside the current CVS-HEAD 
and since before BETA1...
