I don't know if this is an issue with KDE or QT but I am working on KProf
and when I run the application from the directory it was built in I get 4
menus (File, Tools, Settings and Help) as described in the kprofui.rc file.
When I run the same executable from any other directory the Tools menu
disappears and some of the sub-items on the Settings menu vanish as well.

Do I need to install the .rc file somewhere specific for the system to be
able to find it?
