No, it is not. ;-)

Feature requests can be reported at bugs.kde.org as "wishlist" item and/or can 
be discussed on one of our various mailinglists 
(www.kde.org/mailinglists.html). Although in this case, I think you should 
contact the authors of the existing KDE CD burning applications. They can add 
these menu items through service menus.
