That not configure script problem. Please remind me tomorrow (mail or icq: 
20463211), I'll send you patch. or add this strings into config.h when start 
compilation (not before, because make starts autoconf/automake):
#define NEED_BZ2_PREFIX.

in all other distributions this is not problem.
