In fact when I open html file with an ftp protocol, no problems, the menu 
entries appear. But when I open a html file through http 
("http://www.kde.org") the menu entries do not appear. So it seems that my 
problem is link to the http protocol. By gthe way, I have KDE 3.0.2 
installed.
