There's place where long URL are shortened to something

	http://hostname/path.../endofpath.tar.gz

When the ... happen, it would be really nice that moving the mouse over such 
text create a tooltip that would have the full name (maybe over 1 or 2 lines) 
and that even when it is inside a window title bar.
