Well, after looking at kapptemplate source, I feel kind of stupid of having 
asking that.

- From what I now understand, kapptemplate is a very little script that simply 
copy whatever admin/* files that exists (and some other files) inside 
kde/share/apps/kapptemplate/admin inside the projects directory.

Which means that support what I requested one simply need to overwrite that 
directory with the file of the current kde-common (or kdecommon) inside CVS 
and it should works.
