well, just for the record, the workspace window doesn't update well also :-)
it was more of a test of the theory, and the result work great for me. i
hope someone (Matthias?) will integrate this into kwin (the workaround, not
the actual patch - it's not very good code, just quick code...), since the
standard draging behavior is why people regard kde/linux/X as slow.

anyway, magnetic window border can be implemented with this drag method also
(or perhaps the X people will fix it :-)
