Although not the most vital part of KDE it seems the icons in kio-mac
(kdebase/kioslave/mac) don't install.

Currently the Makefile.am says KDE_ICON = AUTO
which I thought is all that would be needed.  It also doesn't seem to work
when KDE_ICON is set to the icon file names.

Any ideas appreciated
