Yes, I've added all the elements in a layout (Lay Out in a Grid menu in Qt
Designer). But now it seems that I've found a solution, but I don't know how
good is it (by using Qt Designer):
I've set the sizePolicy member for QuantaPropertiesPageDlg as:
hSizeType = Minimum
vSizeType = Minimum
and minimumSize something like [200, 500].
This way the properties dialog cannot be smaller.
