As said, this stuff already exists..
what i think would be helpful though, and you seem to be very keen on
helping, is for you to read the documentation, try to work with it,
and wherever you think it isn't clear enough, annoy some developer to
explain it to you, so you can improve the documentation...
That way, you might also learn some stuff yourself..
