sir/madam,

Just purchased new comp . We've tried downloading 2 different click/run programs /trial/& each time get error messages after the download/ & unable to run programs chosen. Why is this happening & we're getting error messages.
tux typing-blackens our monitor due to bug application?
search & rescue=104 connection reset by peer error message"
sometimes we get error messages after emailing, causing signal 11 SIGSEGV
how do we correct this?
