Makefile isn't here ...

redo: 
$ cd /usr/src/kde3/kdelibs
$ make -f Makefile.cvs
$ ./configure <opts>
$ make ...

yes the "kcm_ktexteditor.desktop" (for text editor component chooser) to
install
