Hi!
  It's magic but it can. Some code before probably redefines some macro
used in the prototype so it's expanded in it and it causes syntax errors. The
problem is probably on a preprocessor level. You can try to compile the
file with the -E flag, thus producing just the preprocessor output, and
look at the failing line. Maybe You'll be surprised.
