Hello,

Running startkde from inside KDE immediately logs the user out and kdm goes
back to the login screen.

Who would do this? Well, this is what happened. My dad started using KDE
recently (He is completely new to computers and I have set him up with KDE.
He uses kmail and konqueror exclusively). He got an email with some
attachment.. When he clicked on the attachment, he was prompted with the
usual question of "Open With..". He clicked on that and then he started
typing "star". Since he knows I have installed start office and that start
office can open all his attachments. Now when he typed "star", the first
thing up there was "startkde" which he thought was a KDE office suite like
staroffice and so he selected that. He obviously missed the "t", but thats
not the point. Immediately after he selected startkde, he got logged out and
was taken to the login screen!

This IMHO should be avoided somehow. Any new user or even experienced user
might run accross this. My dad's first reaction was "the mail probably had
virus and it crashed the machine". Upon investigation I found the above!

Anyone got any ideas for this? I suggest that we remove all such problamatic
commands from the "Open With" drop down selection.

Regards,
Sarang
