If the system can't handle it automatically the u'll have to do for yourself.

There should be a /usr/bin/autoconf2.13 and the /usr/bin/autoconf2.50 file. 
One of them should be linked to /usr/bin/autoconf. Set the link to point to 
autoconf2.50.
