hey all,

i was wondering how easy it would be to take the menubar and rather than 
just put it at the top of the screen, to embed it in kicker instead.

this would allow cool flexibility, allowing the user to get the screen 
looking similar to macos with the programs menu at the left, the apps 
menubar next and the system tray to the right.
