Well, I think the KXConfig need something pretty small - but very important...

If a user runs it without root premissions, it should ask for the password, 
and not just displaying "you'll need to run as root" which will lead many 
linux newbies to do "su" and start it from root (without "su -c" - which 
means all kde services will load as root)..
