OK a little more info. The konsole just sits there with the initial cursor in 
the corner. No prompt, doesn't look like the shell is getting called. There 
is no error message here, however, if I try to add a terminal to konsole I 
get and error message: "Font '13' not found"

I have the same set of fonts I have had for all the machines life, and this 
did work before.

Any ideas on where I can fix this font problem?
