I having trouble getting arts to build, in order to build kdelibs.

cvs -z3 checkout -rKDE_3_0_RELEASE arts
or 
cvs -z3 checkout -rKDE_3_0_BRANCH arts

Didn't retrieve any sources, so then I tried the HEAD branch and got this 
compile error:

I configured with this command:

./configure  --with-qt-dir=/local/src/kde/qt-copy --prefix=/opt/kde3

Is the some other configuration step needed to create the missing 
'gsl/gslconfig.h' header?

I'm compiling with gcc 3.0.4 for PowerPC.
