I must report that this still happens with todays CVS. Moving kicker can lock 
up KDE.
Just encountered it, but cannot reproduce.
I incidentally dragged kicker few point away from its bottom position and 
immediately released mouse button. Thick black line remained drawn around 
kicker and KDE stopped responding.
