Hi,

the page contains many (!) non-conformities with HTML standard.
Try running it through http://validator.w3c.org.

Specifically, on line 182 you close unopend tag PRE and next you open tag PRE 
which is left unclosed. 
Konqueror seems to interpret this in a strange way, it's your error 
nevertheless.
