Im not saying to remove all wallpapers.... just leave 2 or 3 cool ones in 
kdebase.....  for example only kdeblankscreen screensaver is included in 
kdebase... that's a inconsistency with the wallpapers.
Usually, the distros include all kde packages, but kdebase is a "base".

Just an opinion.
