Much hello

I had this error when trying to check out the kde-i18n module in the 
KDE_2_2_BRANCH.

cvs [server aborted]: could not find desired version 1.20 in 
/home/kde/kde-i18n/de/messages/kdebase/appletproxy.po,v

What's up here?
