Maybe I should first build kdoc ;-) Okay, after taking another look I can say that the parser is not the problem but the HTML generator (haven't looked at the others). Classes are marked as deprecated in the annotated class list and (but not very prominent) their description. But I can see nowhere where HTML is generated to mark methods as deprecated (they should).
