1. Is it possible to override or disable static QT-specific key bindings
   a.k.a. accelerators?
I would like to disable fast wheel scrolling (Ctrl+Wheel), etc.

2. In the mouse configuration dialog of KContol it's possible to specify
the number of lines for mouse wheel scrolling.
   - Is this independent of the settings of qtconfig?
   - Does this settings only apply to kdelibs' widgets?

3. The wheel configuration (-> 2.) should be more flexible:
    - scrolling one page
    - scrolling half a page
    - scrolling three quarters of a page
This would be more appropriate because of different window sizes.
IMO to realize this the number of displayed lines have to be read each
time, so that the number of to be scrolled lines can be calculated.
Is somebody working on this, is it doable+wanted+... ?
