The problem are just registered names for similar products, no?
I you call the program, e.g "Klimt" (after the famous Austrian painter
Gustav KLIMT  :-),  you can be sure that there's no graphics program
from MS, Adobe, ... with this name. -> No copyright/trademark problems.
