Outgoing server settings should now survive. Incoming server settings 
survived anyway. Only the POP3 passwords where deleted (because they 
are now encoded in Unicode) and have to be re-entered exactly one time.

The OpenPGP user id is also lost because we used to save the (probably 
ambiguous) user id and now we save the (most likely unique) key id. I 
will probably fix this for GnuPG users before KDE 3 final.
