Its a gcc bug that is interacting with libtool. they're linking libstdc++ in 
an incorrect way, which triggers a buggy libstdc++.la generation. 
(dependency_libs). 

As soon as you fix that and recompile all of kde it will work again. 

Its funny that still nobody of the gcc team fixed this, it happens for 
almost a year already.
