Hmm i guess you must use autoconf 2.5x or something then. I made that with
autoconf 2.13 at the time. And like you said you should not have to run
make -f Makefile.cvs with this package, so there is not much i can do with
this now that you have it working. Maybe i'll put another warning on the
website about not running make -f Makefile.cvs if you have autoconf 2.5x.

Anyway good luck with it and report bugs back to bugs@kdiff.dnsalias.org
or file them under kompare in the kde bug system but in that case
plaease make sure you mention that you use kdiff2 beta3.
