May be there is a misunderstanding:
If I name my kword file "test.kwd" and want to mail this file (as pdf) I'd 
like to get an attachment called "test.pdf", regardless  of the subject of 
kmail.
If I attach other files the also keep their name - if this makes sense or not 
to the receipient is certainly another question but at least we can talk 
about the "same" (more or less distinct) name, while "print.pdf" is not 
significant for any communication.
