Umm, what I meant was to ADD to the current scheme (ALT CONTROL [some key]), 
the option to use something like ALT SHIFT or CTRL SHIFT...

To many translators and to many people (myself included) that needs to 
constantly changing the keyboard map, ALT SHIFT or CTRL SHIFT helps a lot. I 
didn't mean to ask to replace, just if it can be added.
