Not that I'm aware of, but with QCanvas that's actually quite easy now.

The demo example of Qt  (qt/examples/demp) contains the beginning of a graph 
class (graph.cpp, graph.h), even with a simple animated layout algorithm. Run 
the demo and select the 2D graphics page.
