What about such kind of Yes-No-Cancel dialog, where the texts for the buttons 
can be specified by QString parameters? Then it's possible to have 
[Save] [Discard] [Cancel] - for a question releated to save documents
[Yes] [No] [Cancel] 
[Choice1] [Choice2] [Choice3] - for whatever warning question you would like 
to use.
