I'd go for

"There are unsafed changes in Document1. Closing this window will discard
these changes unless you save them first."

 [Save] [Discard] [Don't Quit]

instead. Together with my plan to add iconset support to KDialogBase (and
thus KMessageBox) that would make it quite intuitive what to do I'd say.
