hi,

using current cvs kde, startkde halted saying

Could not dlopen library dcopserver.la: /opt/kde3/lib/dcopserver.so: invalid 
mode for dlopen(): Invalid argument
etc...

the solution for me was to add 
#include <dlfcn.h>
in kdelibs/libltdl/ltdl.c and kdelibs/kdecore/klibloader.cpp
