I have a 2 day old kde cvs copy, compiled with gcc 2.95.3 under Linux i68=
6=20
(Linux From Scratch system).
The resume function for downloading from http doesn't work for some time=20
now, it works on the same server using Opera (with the file renamed to=20
remove the .part).

And why there is still no transfer window like in Opera (or other=20
browsers), where you can stop and resume downloads. On a 56k dialup modem=
=20
line you may be kicked off and then I have to redownload a 6 meg file jus=
t=20
downloaded for 80%.
