its probably a dependency that isn't resolved by the time the one of the
processes need it. so it breaks the first time, but by then the other process
has resolved the dependency. this happens alot when you're dealing with
generated files (lex, yacc, idl, etc.). i'm not sure what the specific
problem is, but that errors pretty consistent with that type of concurrency
problem.
