The problem is, that this breaks the "desktop window" != "unix process"
which the style guide is so keen to enforce.  There is no way to only
close one window of an application that misbehaves, so a kill will
destroy all windows of the application.

Then, OTOH, because no window of the process will be usable, this isn't
really a big deal.  It becomes a big deal, when the user choses the
"Force program shutdown" option just to close a window/application which
is behaving just fine and then loses all his other documents.

So, if a new "Force program shutdown" entry is placed in the menu, then
it should at least open up a confirmation dialog with the obligatory
"Don't fucking ask me again" mechanism.  (BTW, I think this text should
be user-configurable, too.  :)
