-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Greetings In the process of adding more standard DCOP interfaces to KDE I have attacked KApplication. Currently I have added DCOP interfaces that will allows access to the following functions: QCString startupId(); // Get the current applications startup ID QCString caption(); // Get the caption of the main application window void exit(); // Exit the application I am still examineing the feasability of proxying the KConfigure object through DCOP. This would allow the remote configureation of KDE applications. I will not be commiting these until later this evening EST, because I need to test them and be sure of no problems. Just an idea, if any one has any questions, comments and or issues with this interface please let me know. - -ian reinhart geiser - -- ======================================== Every program is a part of some other program, and rarely fits. ======================================== -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE7zGBOPy62TRm8dvgRArzvAJ4jdPbjhNHpimu1s2RAJ13eeVa+3wCeI9Qv h5weF44zme6umBuPLX4BCBU= =eXAX -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- >> Visit http://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-devel#unsub to unsubscribe <<
