You cannot build Kamera from the KDE_2_2_BRANCH with gphoto2 libraries
from CVS. It's built specifically to work with the beta1 release of
gphoto2.

Many things have changes in gphoto's CVS. The Kamera in HEAD should be
compilable with the recent gphoto CVS version.
