kwin could get a much bigger dcop interface. Basically all window operations
(move, moveToDesktop, setGeometry, sticky, alwaysOnTop, ...) should be available.
And to make it useful, currentWindow(), a list of all windows [on a given desktop] and
currentDesktop().
