Hi there,

I just want to compile the kde2.2.1 release, so I did the following:

mkdir /opt/kde2own
export KDEDIR=/opt/kde2own

then configuring and compiling kdelibs --> ok

but kde-base hangs:
make[4]: CHDIR into Direcotry
»/mnt/hdc1/tmp/install/kde2.2.1/kdebase-2.2.1/doc/khelpcenter/visualdict«
Don't know how to do adjust column widths with libxslt
/usr/bin/meinproc --check --cache index.cache.bz2 ./index.docbook (I
retranslatet message into german)

the error was already on doc/kate, but there I had replaced the
index.cache.bz2 with an working one (kate is not necessary for me), but I
don't want to loose khelpcenter.

Somebody told me to compile kdoc at first, but this did not help (same error)

Sorry, for bad english

Norbert

P.S. I'm running (massively upgradet) RedHat 7.1, have enabled objprelink.
Kernel differs from 2.4.2 to 2.4.9. gcc is 2.96.20000731 (RH7.1 2.96-85)

P.P.S. Sorry if newbie-question is deplaced here.
