I've an app (kdialm) which has run fine under KDE1.x, 2.0, 2.1 but not, alas, 
KDE2.2. The effect is that once the socket is opened, the app seems _only_ to 
get socket events, and nothing else - eg., buttons don't work and it doesn't 
repaint.

Any ideas?
