Ok. Where can they be hosted ? Since they will be in a large part binary files 
(pdf, ps, mp3, ogg, jpg, png, mpg, ...) I think cvs isn't ideal.
There is already someone from the quality team who wants to take care of the 
files :-)
Just a place where to put them is needed.

Good old ftp, maybe on kalyxo.org ?
