Speaking of which, I will be adding and maintaining a copy of PyQt and PyKDE
in kdebindings. (probably in a couple weeks time) This is in order to help
spread PyQt/PyKDE to desktops and provide an "always available and working"
and easy to build, KDE sync'ed release of PyQt/PyKDE.
This of course directly supports my admin tools efforts. =)
I think that for an "enterprise desktop" it is important that
users/organisations have more options than just C++ if they want to build a
custom in-house Qt/KDE application.
(I remember reading about a kind of Access-like KDE program that worked on top
of MySQL or Postgresql, anyone know what I'm thinking about? from the Kompany
perhaps?)
cheers,
