Yeah, I know that trick, did it as well *smile*
But I would rather not rely on a binary that's completly outside of our control. :)

You could instead of changing the environment variable, also, use -t win32-g++ ;)

Ok, what is important on my changes: don't mix the delayimp.lib with the /DELAYLOAD:* switches. \
qmake does parsing of those and will fail because it can't figure what the delayimp.lib is. \
It's also important to have CONFIG += flat, without it, it crashes.

And I removed some variables that are not used anymore, since there is no more qt-mt*.lib, only \
qtmain.lib :)
