could somebody please update the compile instructions of each of the supported
compilers with a short introduction about the compiler ?
it could contain the following:

- how to install the compiler that costs money
- if there is a possibility to get a compiler for free, where the urls are,
how to install that one.
- if there are ways to have these compilers on a single system at the same
time (so that one can test different compilers on a single system).
- any caveats i missed.

with this information i guess not only the people, which have the expensive
compilers around anyway will play around with our next release, but also a
lot of people, which are linux/kde users/developers, which still have some
windows boxes around, will have a "from the beginning"-guide how to compile
and use qt on a windows-computer.

just my 2c, Holger
